1、合肥工業(yè)大學碩士學位論文電絮凝法處理毛毯印染廢水的研究姓名:李杰申請學位級別:碩士專業(yè):環(huán)境工程指導教師:彭書傳;張國生20080801電絮凝法處理毛毯印染廢水的研究摘要印染廢水具有廢水排量大、有機物成分復雜、污染物濃度高、難降解物質多、色度高、毒性大等特點,單純依靠生化法進行處理,對CODCr和色度的去除率很低,難以達標排放。電絮凝技術是一種具有發(fā)展前景的水處理技術,其處理印染廢水具有COD去除率高、脫色率高,處理時間短、占地面積小、耐沖擊性強和操作管理方便等優(yōu)點。本文系統(tǒng)地介紹了電絮凝技術的基本原理、應用情況、發(fā)展前景和存在的問題,以毛毯印染廢水為研究對
2、象,對毛毯印染廢水的電絮凝處理工藝參數(shù)分別進行了單因素實驗、正交實驗以及紫外一可見光譜實驗,實驗結果表明:電絮凝法處理毛毯印染廢水時,其較優(yōu)水平組合為采用直流電源、電絮凝時間為30min,電源電壓為90V。此組合試驗條件下,CODCr和色度去除率分別達72.8%和88.9%,能耗為0.005kW.h/g,處理效果比較理想,能耗低。本文提出了一條以電絮凝+生化處理的組合工藝路線,這是一條新的、有效的、可行的、達標排放的技術路線,不僅可以解決環(huán)境污染問題,還可以創(chuàng)造可觀的經(jīng)濟效益,同時也推動了我國印染和環(huán)保技術進步,為社會創(chuàng)造財富,具有十分重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意
