1、中南大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文利用工業(yè)廢渣制備陶瓷濾球的研究姓名:趙云雁申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:鐘宏;于健20050101摘要在成分分析、差熱分析、衍射分析、塑性分析等基礎(chǔ)之上,利用氧化鋁赤泥、粉煤灰、煤矸石等工業(yè)廢渣,通過正交試驗、成孔試驗、增塑試驗、增強試驗等,制備出了高氣孔率、高強度陶瓷濾球。試驗得出了最佳的配方組成,即粉煤灰20%、赤泥50%、煤矸石20%、粘土10%、A型成孔劑20%、可塑粘土10%、助熔劑4%.‘通過對原料的處理、成球、干燥等工藝試驗研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)所制備的新型濾料的氣孔率主要受原料制備、成孔荊、外加劑、成型方式、燒成制度的影響。強度受燒成溫度的影響較大.其最佳燒
2、成范圍為1050"C~1200℃.外加助熔劑有助于液相的生成,可有效提高樣品強度,解決濾球掉粉或掉渣的缺陷.外加可塑粘土有助于提高坯料可塑性,有利于成型,同時可保證濾球在高氣孔率、高吸水率的前提下,具有較高的強度.對制備的高性能陶瓷濾料進行了XRD與電鏡分析表征。XRD檢測表明其相組成為a-石英、方石英、Fl吲%、Ca2A12Si07、NaAISi308、CaAl2Si208、KAISi308和3A1203·2S102等.陶瓷濾球的斷面SEM形貌圖分析表明,所研制的濾料氣孔多且孔分布均勻、孔徑尺寸小,其孔結(jié)構(gòu)是三維連通的.陶瓷濾球氣孔率可達55.66%,壓碎強度達0.779KN,其性能超過目前
