2、備等進(jìn)行挖潛和更新改造:f1)提高電收塵、凈化系統(tǒng)的除塵、凈化效率;(2)轉(zhuǎn)化、干吸改造,改善干吸效果,提高SO:轉(zhuǎn)化率和生產(chǎn)能力??紤]到凈化設(shè)備能力不足、轉(zhuǎn)化設(shè)備陳舊以及鉛鋅燒結(jié)工藝特點(diǎn),在盡可能利用原有設(shè)備裝置以節(jié)省投資的前提下,對(duì)韶冶制酸系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行如下技改:(1)凈化:電收塵全改用寬極距“c”形板,采用高壓恒流源送電;在空塔和洗滌塔間增加一級(jí)動(dòng)力波洗滌器,洗滌塔和一一、二段電除霧器進(jìn)行二合一改造,原一、二段石墨間冷器均改為鉛問(wèn)冷器,空塔系統(tǒng)設(shè)備保留,不作改動(dòng)。(2)轉(zhuǎn)化:進(jìn)行二轉(zhuǎn)二吸改造,采用“3+1”二次轉(zhuǎn)化流程,換熱流程為ⅣI—IIIII,干吸工序采用高溫吸收
3、工藝。改造后,通過(guò)工藝參數(shù)的優(yōu)化,制酸系統(tǒng)適應(yīng)工藝波動(dòng)能力及自熱平衡能力較強(qiáng),總轉(zhuǎn)化率超過(guò)99.50%,120m煙囪排放S02和酸霧達(dá)標(biāo)率提高,排放總量大幅下降,其它指標(biāo)均有不同程度的改善。同時(shí),通過(guò)攻關(guān),實(shí)現(xiàn)了燒結(jié)與硫酸同步開(kāi)機(jī)生產(chǎn),進(jìn)一步改善了低空污染和操作環(huán)境。關(guān)鍵詞:燒結(jié)煙氣,凈化,硫酸,兩轉(zhuǎn)兩吸拌碩十論文摘要ABSTRACTThedevelopmentoftheproductiontechniqueofsulphuricacidisreviewedanddesuIfurizationofthefumeisintroducedinthispaper.Inthe
