2、間的關(guān)系。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,三種膜的PV性能均較好。CSA/PAN復(fù)合膜的生產(chǎn)能力較大,當(dāng)料液濃度為55%,溫度333.15K時,生產(chǎn)能力(PSI)為83.01kg/m2h。CS.PVA/PAN復(fù)合膜的分離因子較大,最高可達(dá)Co,單級分離可將95%乙醇濃縮至99.7%,且穩(wěn)定性良好。CS均質(zhì)膜的分離性能主要取決于水和乙醇在膜界面的溶解吸附平衡。探討了CS均質(zhì)膜的傳質(zhì)機(jī)理并根據(jù)溶解一擴(kuò)散理論、費(fèi)克定律、Flory—Huggins理論對CS均質(zhì)膜建立了考慮偶合效應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,數(shù)學(xué)模型的計(jì)算值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值吻合較好。對實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)
