1、北京化工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文脫戊烷塔、BTX塔的設(shè)計(jì)姓名:楊學(xué)輝申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:陳曉春;邊圣海20050530北京化工大學(xué)T程碩士學(xué)位論文脫戊烷塔、BTX塔設(shè)計(jì)摘要為了適應(yīng)齊魯72萬(wàn)噸/年乙烯改造工程,本文對(duì)三加氫裝置預(yù)分餾系統(tǒng)脫戊烷塔、BTX塔進(jìn)行了工藝設(shè)計(jì)。首先建立兩塔穩(wěn)態(tài)模型,應(yīng)用PRO/II流程模擬系統(tǒng),在分析PRO/II系統(tǒng)提供的相平衡數(shù)據(jù)及其預(yù)測(cè)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)二加氫裝置預(yù)分餾系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模擬分析,與生產(chǎn)實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比表明,該方法計(jì)算結(jié)果正確,找到了基本設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),并為實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的操作優(yōu)化提供幫助。三加氨裝置預(yù)分餾系統(tǒng)工藝設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用PRO/II軟件進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)模擬
2、優(yōu)化,確定工藝條件,包括流程的組織,精餾塔的理論板數(shù)與進(jìn)料位置,塔內(nèi)溫度、壓力和濃度分布,回流比與采出量,換熱器負(fù)荷,再沸器負(fù)荷,冷凝器負(fù)荷等,提供了各組份的物性、汽一液相平衡數(shù)據(jù),完成了整個(gè)分離系統(tǒng)的物料衡算、熱量衡算及塔、換熱設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,為預(yù)分餾工藝的施工圖設(shè)計(jì)提供了依據(jù)。確定了各塔的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸及工藝條件,為修正原工藝中的不足,設(shè)備選型采用斜孔塔板。該設(shè)計(jì)采用新型斜孔塔板,塔處理能力比傳統(tǒng)工藝提高了30~40%,改善了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低了能源消耗30%以上,經(jīng)實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)此優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案也可以很好地指導(dǎo)工業(yè)裝置的生產(chǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞:穩(wěn)態(tài)模擬,脫戊烷塔,BTX塔,設(shè)計(jì),優(yōu)化II北京化工大
