1、河北工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文膨潤(rùn)土堿法活化制備P型分子篩的研究姓名:李春旭申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工藝指導(dǎo)教師:曹吉林20040101膨?yàn)懲翂A法活化制備P墼分子篩的研究摘要膨潤(rùn)土是一種具有優(yōu)良的物化性能、價(jià)格低廉、并且儲(chǔ)藏非常豐富的礦產(chǎn)資源。利用它可以制備多種深加工產(chǎn)品,包括白碳黑、有機(jī)膨潤(rùn)土、分子篩等。P型沸石具有超過(guò)洗滌用4A沸石的鈣鎂離子良好交換性能,是潛在的含磷洗滌助劑三聚磷酸鈉的替代優(yōu)級(jí)產(chǎn)品。本文以廉價(jià)易得的河北省靈壽縣膨潤(rùn)土資源為原料,對(duì)堿法活化膨潤(rùn)土制備P型沸石進(jìn)行了研究??疾炝烁邷貕A活化膨潤(rùn)土制備P型沸石
2、老化和品化過(guò)程中,液相和固相組成的變化規(guī)律,分析了P型沸石合成的機(jī)理,給出了P型沸石制備的適宜條件。探索了常溫常壓堿活化及低濃度酸活化膨潤(rùn)土制各P型沸石的工藝,得出這兩條工藝都不可行。提出了高溫高壓堿溶液活化膨潤(rùn)土的新工藝,并研究了此工藝的反應(yīng)機(jī)理及工藝條件,確定了合成P型沸石的適宜條件。論文對(duì)合成P型沸石的鈣鎂離子交換性能、粒度分布、白度及形貌等物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。得出合成的P型沸石的鈣離子交換容量為320、鎂離子交換容量為113毫克MgC03/g分子篩、粒度分布均勻、白度90。結(jié)果表明合成的P型分子篩性能優(yōu)予目前
