1、天津大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文PVC無毒鈣鋅復(fù)合熱穩(wěn)定劑研究姓名:張洪江申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:陳立功;王明堂20031101天津大學(xué)T程碩士學(xué)位論文摘要本文簡要論述了聚氯乙烯(PVC)熱穩(wěn)定劑的國內(nèi)、外發(fā)腱狀況和無毒化要求。針對我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,提出PVc熱穩(wěn)定劑的無毒化應(yīng)以鈣鋅復(fù)合穩(wěn)定劑為主,以加速熱穩(wěn)定劑的無毒化進(jìn)程,適應(yīng)全球PVC發(fā)展的新形勢。并根據(jù)PVC熱穩(wěn)定機(jī)理,結(jié)合西歐發(fā)達(dá)國家無毒鈣鋅復(fù)合熱穩(wěn)定劑的商業(yè)情報(bào),通過高鋅配比的調(diào)整即在鈣皂用量充分滿足聚氯乙烯熱穩(wěn)定的前提下,提高系統(tǒng)初期著色所必須的鋅皂用量,并輔助以優(yōu)良的輔助穩(wěn)定劑有效抑制鋅
2、燒的發(fā)生,同時(shí)添加對氯化氫有強(qiáng)烈吸附和置換功能的人工合成水滑石,以及PVC長期熱穩(wěn)定所必需的氫過氧化物分解劑等,改善無毒鈣鋅復(fù)合熱穩(wěn)定劑性能。通過選擇性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究得到了一種性能優(yōu)良的無毒復(fù)合鈣鋅熱穩(wěn)定劑。為我國PVC無毒熱穩(wěn)定劑的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供了借鑒。研究結(jié)果表明,鈣鋅體系內(nèi)添加適當(dāng)?shù)妮o助穩(wěn)定劑后可以明顯提高這一無毒穩(wěn)定劑體系的熱穩(wěn)定效果,其性能接近高效的鉛黼類熱穩(wěn)定劑,達(dá)到德國熊牌同類產(chǎn)品的熱穩(wěn)定性能。關(guān)鍵詞:聚氯乙烯熱穩(wěn)定劑無毒鈣鋅復(fù)合穩(wěn)定劑硬脂酰苯鉀酰甲烷抗氧劑DLTDP人工合成水滑石天津大學(xué)工程碩士學(xué)位論文ABSTRACTThedevelopingsit

5、Inadditionweintroducesomeofassistantstabilizerstoinhibitthe“zincburn”andartifieialsynthesizeshydrotalcitetoabsorbandreplacementHCL,finally,wealsoadd$olnehydrogenperoxidedecompostionreagentsinthisblendsystem;Throughtheinvestigationofformulation,makeaneconomicandexcellentperformanceca
