1、北京化工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文反應(yīng)精餾在醋酸甲酯水解工藝中的開發(fā)研究與應(yīng)用姓名:尚會(huì)建申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:郭鍇20040427反應(yīng)精餾在醋酸甲酯水解工藝中的開發(fā)研究與應(yīng)用摘要簡(jiǎn)要介紹了催化精餾技術(shù)的發(fā)展及JLkq'類型的反應(yīng)精餾塔,綜述了催化精餾水解乙酸甲酯的研究現(xiàn)狀及催化劑的種類、裝填方式,并闡明了其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。研究了在701型強(qiáng)酸性陽(yáng)離子交換樹脂催化下的乙酸甲酯的水解反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué),實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了此反應(yīng)為二級(jí)反應(yīng),測(cè)定了反應(yīng)溫度、催化劑用量、不同進(jìn)料水酯比對(duì)反應(yīng)速率的影響,并比較了幾種不同催化劑的催化活性,獲得了乙酸甲酯水解的活化能和反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方程。開
