1、摘要摘要近年來(lái),我國(guó)政府繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)玉米收獲機(jī)械化的工作力度,玉米機(jī)收呈現(xiàn)出全面發(fā)展、加速鋪開(kāi)的良好態(tài)勢(shì)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),我國(guó)玉米主產(chǎn)區(qū)累計(jì)投入玉米聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)17.8萬(wàn)臺(tái),機(jī)收面積約1.65億畝,全國(guó)玉米機(jī)收水平超過(guò)33%,以每年超過(guò)7個(gè)百分點(diǎn)的高速增長(zhǎng),進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展時(shí)期。進(jìn)一步提高玉米收獲機(jī)械生產(chǎn)效率,特別是簡(jiǎn)化玉米收獲機(jī)割臺(tái)的整體結(jié)構(gòu),減小能耗已成為玉米收獲機(jī)械發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本課題通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有玉米收獲機(jī)的分析研究,對(duì)玉米摘穗秸稈切斷單元體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),性能可靠,布局進(jìn)一步簡(jiǎn)化,節(jié)省成本和降低能耗。該部分主要包括主變速箱,帶動(dòng)拉莖輥和割刀,通過(guò)對(duì)變速箱的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)
