2、別:碩士指導(dǎo)教師:郝作強(qiáng)教授張?zhí)m芝講師研究生:王飛論文起止時(shí)間:2017.03-2018.04.摘要當(dāng)超短脈沖激光功率大于其在光學(xué)介質(zhì)中的自聚焦臨界功率時(shí),由于克爾自聚焦和等離子體散焦效應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡作用,會(huì)在介質(zhì)中形成等離子體細(xì)絲,等離子體絲具有很多獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn)而在很多研究領(lǐng)域有著很廣闊的應(yīng)用。針對(duì)飛秒激光成絲的不同應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,圓錐透鏡對(duì)光束不同的匯聚方式使它成為一種具有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)能實(shí)現(xiàn)成絲優(yōu)化控制的的光學(xué)元件。本論文首先對(duì)飛秒激光成絲進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的概述,討論了近年來使用圓錐透鏡在不同非線性介質(zhì)中(氣體、固體、液體)進(jìn)行成絲、超連續(xù)輻射優(yōu)化控制的
3、最新研究進(jìn)展。其次,對(duì)圓錐透鏡控制飛秒激光成絲所涉及的物理機(jī)制進(jìn)行解釋,并使用Zemax軟件模擬了貝塞爾光束焦深區(qū)域隨著凹透鏡與圓錐透鏡距離增加時(shí)的變化規(guī)律。在實(shí)驗(yàn)方面,研究了改變實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)(凹透鏡與與圓錐透鏡的距離、圓錐透鏡的角度、入射激光能量)對(duì)等離子體絲及超連續(xù)輻射的影響。研究結(jié)果表明使用凹透鏡與圓錐透鏡組合可以很好地對(duì)等離子體絲及伴隨的超連續(xù)輻射進(jìn)行優(yōu)化控制,進(jìn)一步為成絲、超連續(xù)輻射在更多領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用提供一種便捷的方法。關(guān)鍵詞:飛秒激光成絲圓錐透鏡超連續(xù)輻射ABSTRACTWhentheultrashortpulselaserpow
