2、遠(yuǎn)郊五個(gè)養(yǎng)殖大縣;從月份來看5月和11月是全年免疫抗體水平較高月份;在豬群分日齡比較中得出,口蹄疫抗體陽性合格率從高到低是:經(jīng)產(chǎn)母豬>育肥豬>仔豬>保育豬。通過非結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白抗體3ABC-I-ELISA試驗(yàn)對(duì)采集的2176份豬血清樣品進(jìn)行檢測(cè),以掌握滅活疫苗免疫效果。結(jié)果檢出非結(jié)構(gòu)蛋白3ABC抗體陽性樣品44份,分析認(rèn)為天津不同地區(qū)、豬群及養(yǎng)殖方式中,均存在曾感染口蹄疫動(dòng)物,表明目前天津地區(qū)口蹄疫防控存在威脅,因此制定了以免疫預(yù)防、日常管理和應(yīng)急處置為一體的綜合防控措施,防止區(qū)域性口蹄疫疫情發(fā)生。關(guān)鍵詞:口蹄疫;抗體;監(jiān)測(cè);防控IAbstractInorderto
