2、logyWuhan,Hubei430081,P.R.ChinaMay,2015摘要射流管伺服閥因抗污染能力強(qiáng)、維護(hù)容易、先導(dǎo)級(jí)磨蝕小、先導(dǎo)級(jí)效率高、分辨率高、低壓供油時(shí)工作穩(wěn)定、力矩馬達(dá)結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn),被廣泛的應(yīng)用在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。但射流管放大器流場(chǎng)特性復(fù)雜,其特性很難準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測(cè)。因而,射流管伺服閥主要依靠試驗(yàn)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。本文基于流體仿真方法建立其整體數(shù)學(xué)模型,為射流管伺服閥的設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化提供了參考依據(jù)。本文介紹了射流管伺服閥的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理,針對(duì)射流管伺服閥的射流管放大器建立了三維流場(chǎng)的簡(jiǎn)化模型并進(jìn)行數(shù)值仿
3、真。研究了射流管放大器的靜態(tài)特性,獲得了射流管放大器在不同幾何結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和不同偏離位移時(shí)的流場(chǎng)特性,并通過數(shù)學(xué)擬合方法獲得了恢復(fù)壓力方程、恢復(fù)流量方程、流量—壓力方程,為射流管伺服閥放大器的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)奠定了基礎(chǔ)和構(gòu)建射流管伺服閥的整體數(shù)學(xué)模型提供了參考依據(jù)。根據(jù)射流管伺服閥的結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理,建立力矩馬達(dá)、銜鐵組件、射流管放大器、滑閥的數(shù)學(xué)模型,最終建立了完整的射流管伺服閥的數(shù)學(xué)模型,根據(jù)數(shù)學(xué)模型和傳遞函數(shù)運(yùn)用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真軟件Matlab/simulink對(duì)閥進(jìn)行頻率特性和時(shí)域特性分析。關(guān)鍵詞:射流管伺服閥;流場(chǎng)
