2、監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)實時數(shù)據(jù)的采集與監(jiān)控及信息化建設(shè)都具有相當重要的意義。實時數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)控（SCADA）系統(tǒng)是采集各站點的數(shù)據(jù)信息，并對這些信息進行存儲、分析匯總等處理。通過數(shù)據(jù)分析，及時給出報警信息或向站點發(fā)出控制命令，控制站點設(shè)備的運行。?論文在了解實時數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)（SCADA）系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上，對實時采?集到的數(shù)據(jù)、?監(jiān)控狀態(tài)的收集進行計算處理，并且從數(shù)據(jù)庫的歷史中獲取的經(jīng)驗，進行優(yōu)化調(diào)度，實現(xiàn)學校網(wǎng)管的智能化控制。充分運用現(xiàn)代化的信息技術(shù)手段，通過對SCADA系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件的設(shè)計，完成一個具有先進性、高可靠性、經(jīng)濟性的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案。
