2、用戶提供一套完整的工作流引擎，用戶通過此平臺可以快速的設(shè)計、編輯列表工作流和業(yè)務(wù)流程，僅需編寫少量代碼，或者可以不寫代碼。它可以幫助企業(yè)用戶進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展SharePoint平臺的內(nèi)容管理，它還可以幫助提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部和外部的協(xié)同合作和業(yè)務(wù)流程管理能力，它又可以將企業(yè)用戶的其他業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)平滑的集成起來。本文的研究內(nèi)容是，基于北大青鳥安全系統(tǒng)工程技術(shù)有限公司的使用需求，通過利用SharePoint軟件，搭建信息發(fā)布平臺、知識共享平臺、協(xié)同辦公平臺以及各部門平臺、為公司構(gòu)建一個能夠集成常見辦公軟件，實現(xiàn)企業(yè)各部門協(xié)同工作的信息共享平臺，在當(dāng)前日益激烈的市場競爭環(huán)境下，提高企業(yè)工作效率，保證信息及時發(fā)布
3、，并實現(xiàn)政府倡導(dǎo)的無紙化辦公的提議，以切實行動保護(hù)我們的資源環(huán)境。本文從系統(tǒng)分析出發(fā)，根據(jù)高效性和安全性的原則，從企業(yè)對系統(tǒng)訪問量出發(fā)考慮選擇合適的服務(wù)器，系統(tǒng)的安裝部署、設(shè)計、開發(fā)、測試以及最終完成。本文使用SharePoint2010+SQLServer2008R2+SharePointDesigner2010生產(chǎn)環(huán)境。關(guān)鍵詞：SharePoint；協(xié)同辦公；信息共享平臺ABSTRACTToday,mostofthedomesticenterprisesandcompaniesareusingcomputerofficesystemfordailyworking,mostoftheo
