2、動(dòng)配料。系統(tǒng)中的上位計(jì)算機(jī)與下位機(jī)(主站PLC)通過(guò)以太網(wǎng)相連,實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控、配方管理、數(shù)據(jù)采集、歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)等功能。本課題研究工作主要集中在:(1)對(duì)皮革助劑的生產(chǎn)工藝流程進(jìn)行深入分析,制定自動(dòng)稱(chēng)重配料系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案。(2)根據(jù)整體設(shè)計(jì)方案,設(shè)計(jì)其控制系統(tǒng)。對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的PLC、DeviceNet單元、稱(chēng)重儀表、變頻器、觸摸屏等硬件進(jìn)行選型設(shè)計(jì);對(duì)PLC進(jìn)行硬件組態(tài),并對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行I/O分配;完成PLC與變頻器連接線路,設(shè)定變頻器參數(shù)。(3)根據(jù)皮革助劑生產(chǎn)工藝,設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)稱(chēng)重配料系統(tǒng)的PLC控制程序、觸摸屏畫(huà)面和上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件。PLC控制程序包括主程序、模擬量處理、溫度PID分程自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)
3、、壓力監(jiān)控和進(jìn)料調(diào)速等功能模塊。觸摸屏程序包括監(jiān)視畫(huà)面、參數(shù)設(shè)置畫(huà)面和報(bào)警畫(huà)面。上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件采用組態(tài)王6.55開(kāi)發(fā),包括配方管理畫(huà)面、主監(jiān)視畫(huà)面和歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)畫(huà)面。系統(tǒng)經(jīng)調(diào)試成功應(yīng)用于青島某皮革公司的皮革助劑生產(chǎn)車(chē)間,現(xiàn)已平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行一年多時(shí)間,有效地提高了配料精度、生產(chǎn)效率和管理水平。關(guān)鍵詞:配料;PLC;DeviceNet;稱(chēng)重儀表;PIDAbstractIngredientwasthekeylinktodeterminethequalityofproductsinindustriesoffood,feed,rubber,buildingmaterials,metallurgy,chemic
