2、好有限的資金來消除水庫的病險(xiǎn)已成為一個(gè)不得不思考的問題。本文以柳楊水庫除險(xiǎn)加固這個(gè)工程作為實(shí)例。首先,對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前水庫除險(xiǎn)加固的各種施工技術(shù)進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真分析和研究;并就具體的土石壩壩體和基礎(chǔ)防滲部分進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的分析和論證;最后,根據(jù)大壩的滲流計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)、施工工藝及方法特點(diǎn)、工程造價(jià)等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了比較,以及結(jié)合柳楊水庫的滲漏原因、地質(zhì)條件和水文條件,最終選擇了一個(gè)技術(shù)合理、經(jīng)濟(jì)可行以及可靠性高的施工方案,使項(xiàng)目資金落到最合理處。全文以楊柳水庫土壩防滲處理方案的選擇作為研究對(duì)象,為今后類似土石壩加固除險(xiǎn)設(shè)計(jì)提供了更加科
