4、oachappearstobeabetteroptiontodefinetherelationship,asitfocusesonbothfinancialandnon-financialrewardandthecomponentofsignificantenvironment,andintegratesthenotionofindividual’sselfwithhis/hercontext.Heretheexternalcontextincludesthenatureoftask,kindofrewardetc.,whiletheinternalcontextincludesthenee
