1、南昌大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文微波輔助浸取枳椇總黃酮的研究姓名:梅鑫東申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工程指導(dǎo)教師:蔣柏泉;熊劍20091201摘要摘要本文分別采用常壓微波輔助、正交實(shí)驗(yàn)加壓微波輔助和響應(yīng)面法加壓微波輔助浸取枳棋總黃酮的工藝過程的研究。結(jié)果表明,三種方法的工藝優(yōu)化條件分別為:微波功率700w、輻射時(shí)間50s(3次)、乙醇水溶液濃度50%、固液比1:10;微波功率700w、壓強(qiáng)131.733kPa、乙醇水溶液濃度50%、固液比1:10;微波功率700w、乙醇水溶液濃度51.2%、浸取壓強(qiáng)131.733kPa、液固比10.45。三種
2、優(yōu)化工藝條件獲得的總黃酮提取率分別為70.46%、97.28%和98.75%。采用響應(yīng)面法和Design-Expert軟件處理實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),得到了總黃酮提取率的三元二次方程數(shù)學(xué)模型為:Y_.484.09+13.46Xl+6.07X2+4.30X3+2.33x10-3XlX2+0.015Xlx3-2.94x104X2X3--0.70X12--0.023X22—0.043X32,經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,該模型值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值十分相符,可預(yù)測(cè)不同條件下的總黃酮提取率。自行設(shè)計(jì)和制造的聚四氟乙烯加壓微波輔助浸取裝置具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作方便、節(jié)約能源和顯著提高總黃
