2、性歷史街區(qū)相關(guān)理論、概念認(rèn)識(shí)基礎(chǔ)之上，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外近代居住性歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析，從中汲取經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)；然后基于可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論和有機(jī)更新理論基礎(chǔ)，提出近代居住性歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新的原則與模式。通過(guò)詳盡的調(diào)研、研究和分析，在深入了解小魚山歷史街區(qū)歷史文化、建筑風(fēng)格、環(huán)境特征及公眾意愿等方面基礎(chǔ)上，論文總結(jié)出小魚山歷史街區(qū)的主要特征和存在問(wèn)題，為小魚山歷史街區(qū)的保護(hù)與更新提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。論文在小魚山歷史街區(qū)現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上，嘗試“和諧”理念與歷史街區(qū)的保護(hù)與更新相結(jié)合，提出小魚山歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新的類型、指導(dǎo)思想和內(nèi)容，并對(duì)歷史街區(qū)保護(hù)與更新的實(shí)旌中，具體的運(yùn)作模式
