2、torentranceissetas7.55,8.37,9.37,10.39and12.84m·s-1.Thenumericalsimulationandanalysisofthewindvelocityofthekeyregionabovesmalldrumisconductedunderdifferentwindvelocities.Simulationvalueofthecorrespondinginletwindvelocityandthecollectionvaluefromthetestingsy
3、stemofunginnedcottonandfilmremnantseparatorbasedonvirtualinstrumentarecomparativelyanalyzed.Experimentalresultsshowthatthesimulationvaluehashighdegreeofcoincidencewiththetestingsystem,anddifferencesbetweenthesimulationvalueandcollectionvaluearenotsignifican
4、t,withthemaximumerroroflessthan0.64m·s-1.Whentheinletwindvelocityis10.39m·s-1,theerrorbetweensimulationvalueandexperimentalvalueislessthan0.30m·s-1.Thisarticlehaslaidafoundationforthesimulationdesignofunginnedcottonandfilmremnantseparatorinthefuture.Keyword

6、uousincreaseinlaborcosts(Zhao2005),machine-harvestedcottonhasbecomeaninevitabletrend.However,withtheuniquecultivationmodeinXinjiang,itiseasytomixsomeplasticfilm16residuesintheprocessofmechanicalharvesting,whichcausesexcessivecontentsofdifferentfibersandresu
7、ltsinadeclineinunginnedcottonqualityharvestedbymachine(Lietal.2006).Currentlyadvancedmethodstodetectdifferentfibersinforeigncountriesmainlyincludeultrasonictesting(GuoandYing2008),photoelectricdetection(Yangetal.2009),imagedetection(Jietal.2010;Geetal.2012;
