1、摘要為了研究不同比例花生秧日糧對肉鵝的生產(chǎn)性能和屠宰性能的影響,以90只健康、體重均一鵝只進行試驗,試驗隨機分為3組,每組3個重復,每個重復10只鵝,試驗為期8周,以重復為單位,測定鵝只的體重、耗料和料重比等生長性能指標,飼養(yǎng)試驗結束進行屠宰試驗,測定屠宰率、全(半)凈膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率等屠宰性能指標。試驗結果表明:肉鵝在2-4周齡隨著花生秧添加量的增加,花生秧的日增重、日采食量均呈現(xiàn)出下降的趨勢,料重比呈現(xiàn)出上升的趨勢,其添加量為3.5%組的日增重最高(p>0.05),料重比最低(p>0.05);添加3.5%組日采食量極顯著高于添加量為24
2、.62%組(p<0.01)。肉鵝在5-8周齡,日增重呈現(xiàn)出下降的趨勢,日采食量和料重比均呈現(xiàn)先下降后上升的趨勢。添加量為10%組的日增重和日采食量均最高(p>0.05);添加量23.5%的料重比最低(p<0.05)。隨著花生秧添加量的增加,屠宰率、半凈膛率、全凈膛率及胸肌率均呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的趨勢。中間添加量組最高(P>0.05)。腿肌率呈現(xiàn)上升的趨勢。高纖維花生秧組的腿肌率最高(P>0.05)。腹脂率呈現(xiàn)先下降后上升的趨勢。高纖維花生秧組的腹脂率最高(P>0.05)。花生秧對屠宰率、半凈膛率、全凈膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率影響均不大。結論:
