2、意的是出現(xiàn)了非正常撤資的現(xiàn)象，給我國(guó)帶來了十分惡劣的影響。各級(jí)政府和部門應(yīng)進(jìn)一步完善外資的市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入與退出機(jī)制，優(yōu)化利用外資結(jié)構(gòu)，改善外資區(qū)域布局，建立撤資監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警機(jī)制，完善對(duì)外資企業(yè)的監(jiān)管，完善相關(guān)法律，嚴(yán)格防范外資非法撤資，并加大對(duì)非法撤資的打擊力度。本文關(guān)注金融危機(jī)之后的跨國(guó)公司撤資問題，通過撤資實(shí)例思考跨國(guó)公司撤資的特點(diǎn)，分析撤資的原因和影響，最后從政府、企業(yè)等角度提出一些可行性的對(duì)策。關(guān)鍵詞：跨國(guó)公司在華撤資動(dòng)因影響21AbstractWiththespreadingoftheinternationalfinancialcrisisfromfinancialareatorealecon
