1、遼寧科技大學本科生畢業(yè)論文第33頁混凝吸附及化學氧化法深度處理焦化廢水的研究摘要本文以焦化廢水二級生化出水為供試對象,采用膨潤土、凹凸棒石、次氯酸鈣、PAC、PAM作為基本材料,對焦化廢水進行深度處理。試驗結(jié)果顯示:膨潤土具有較高的吸附性能,當膨潤土添加量為3.3g/L,PAC添加量為1.98g/L、PAM添加量為0.0132g/L時,COD去除率達到59.2%,脫色率達到90.3%;采用凹凸棒石作為膨潤土的改性劑,可以提高焦化廢水COD和色度的去除效果。當膨潤土與凹凸棒石混合比例為4/1時,與單一添加膨潤土相比,COD和色度去除率明顯提高;添加無機氧化劑次
2、氯酸鈣能進一步提高焦化廢水色度及COD的去除率。當次氯酸鈣添加量為0.9g/L時,色度、COD去除率分別提高5%、6%左右。通過正交試驗確定焦化廢水深度處理中去除色度的最佳反應條件為:膨潤土+凹凸棒石為4.67g/L,比例為4:1;次氯酸鈣1.0g/L;PAC為2.333g/L、PAM為0.02667g/L。優(yōu)化處理后的焦化廢水COD降到63.17mg/L,色度為20度。去除COD的最佳反應條件為:膨潤土+凹凸棒石為4.0g/L,比例為4:1;次氯酸鈣1.1g/L;PAC為1.6665g/L、PAM為0.00667g/L。優(yōu)化處理后的焦化廢水COD降到58.
