1、31/16″10000Psi閘閥設(shè)計(jì)【摘要】：閘閥是指關(guān)閉件(閘板)沿介質(zhì)通道中心線的垂線方向運(yùn)動(dòng)的閥門。閘閥作為采油(氣)井口裝置的核心部件，擔(dān)負(fù)著開啟或截?cái)喙艿澜橘|(zhì)并控制高壓介質(zhì)按照人為的需要流向指定地方的任務(wù)。本設(shè)計(jì)就是對(duì)它進(jìn)行展開計(jì)算。閥門作為管道系統(tǒng)中的一個(gè)重要組成部分，應(yīng)保證安全可靠地執(zhí)行管道系統(tǒng)對(duì)閥門提出的使用要求。因此，閥門設(shè)計(jì)必須滿足工作介質(zhì)的壓力、溫度、腐蝕。流體特性以及操作、制造，安裝、維修等方面對(duì)閥門提出的全部要求。閥門設(shè)計(jì)必須明確給定技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)，所必須具備的基本數(shù)據(jù)有：閥門用途或種類；介質(zhì)
2、的工作壓力；介質(zhì)的工作溫度；工作介質(zhì)的物理、化學(xué)性能(腐蝕性、易燃易爆性、毒性、物態(tài)等；公稱通徑；結(jié)構(gòu)長度；與管道的連接形式；閘閥的操作方法。閘閥根據(jù)閥桿的構(gòu)造可分為兩類：明桿閘閥和暗桿閘閥。閥根據(jù)閘板構(gòu)造型式的不同，又可分為兩類：楔式閘閥和平行式單閘板(平板閥)。由設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的要求對(duì)31/16″10000Psi暗桿平行式單閘板閥進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，要求計(jì)算的項(xiàng)目一般有：閥座、閘板密封面設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算；閥桿的設(shè)計(jì)及強(qiáng)度驗(yàn)算；閥桿螺母的計(jì)算與校核；平行單閘板厚度計(jì)算；中腔結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸設(shè)計(jì)；閥體壁厚、中法蘭螺栓的計(jì)算與校核；手輪轉(zhuǎn)矩
