1、成都工業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題目:錘平機(jī)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)系部名稱:機(jī)電工程系專業(yè):數(shù)控技術(shù)班級(jí):11424學(xué)生姓名:王鵬學(xué)號(hào):19號(hào)指導(dǎo)教師:焦萬均2014年4月摘要本次設(shè)計(jì)的錘平機(jī)是生產(chǎn)和加工各種品質(zhì)的鞋子的主要設(shè)備。目前設(shè)備制造廠的錘平機(jī)已基本定型,為了改進(jìn)錘平機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)性能和降低制造成本,本文主要對(duì)簡單實(shí)用的錘平機(jī)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)錘平機(jī)的重要部件下錘餅連接裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)、強(qiáng)度和剛度進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)分析和計(jì)算,使該裝置在結(jié)構(gòu)上更加合理,降低了材料和能源消耗,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。設(shè)計(jì)主要結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的設(shè)計(jì)理念,在符合設(shè)計(jì)要求的前提下,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)錘平機(jī)的機(jī)架整體上主要采用了鋼板焊接閉式結(jié)
