1、洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)箱體鏜孔夾具摘要本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計內(nèi)容是對箱體零件一組孔系進行鏜孔的夾具設(shè)計。在機械加工過程中,為了使零件占據(jù)一個正確的位置,從而保證零件的質(zhì)量,并提高生產(chǎn)效率,所采用的工藝設(shè)備稱為夾具。在夾具設(shè)計過程中,首先必須滿足“六點定位原理”,從而可使零件占據(jù)一個正確的位置,保證了加工精度。為了使之達到定位要求,本設(shè)計采用了一面兩銷(一個為圓柱銷、另一個為菱形銷)的定位方式對零件進行定位,此定位方式避免了過定位現(xiàn)象,提高定位精度,有利于保證加工質(zhì)量。零件定位后,為了使零件固定并在加工過程中保持定位位置不變,夾具結(jié)構(gòu)就必須有夾緊裝置。為了防止零件在夾緊過程中變形
2、,保證加工過程中定位的穩(wěn)定性,則采用鉤形壓板為夾緊元件對零件底座進行夾緊。為了保證有足夠的夾緊力,動力源裝置采用液壓缸??紤]到箱體零件外形尺寸比較大,不易裝卸,因此在設(shè)計時采用了導(dǎo)向裝置,即利用導(dǎo)軌。零件在推板定位完成后,利用齒輪齒條機構(gòu)將其推到所需位置,并利用齒條式定位銷對推板進行定位。本夾具設(shè)計的優(yōu)點有:結(jié)構(gòu)簡單實用、安裝方便、易更換、造價低廉。關(guān)鍵詞:夾具,鏜孔,一面兩銷,鉤形壓板,液壓缸3洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)CABINETBORINGFIXTUREABSTRACTThisgraduationprojectcontentisthejigdesignwhichi
