2、企業(yè)海外并購“風起云涌”的背后，反映了企業(yè)通過外延式擴張做大做強的決心。通過跨國并購，有利于企業(yè)彌補自身業(yè)務“短板”，快速進入新領域。此外，國內環(huán)保企業(yè)同質化現象嚴重、競爭加劇，部分環(huán)保企業(yè)打起了借海外并購加強自身技術儲備的算盤。很多發(fā)達國家的環(huán)保企業(yè)擁有先進的技術和成熟的管理經驗，正是我們所欠缺的。通過海外并購，有利于引進、吸收先進的環(huán)境治理技術和經驗，為我所用。當然，“走出去”的過程不會一帆風順。因此，在引進之前，企業(yè)要充分做好技術和市場的調研、論證工作，不宜盲目上馬。海外并購，既是高招，也是對企業(yè)綜合實力的考核和檢
