1、前言健康安全環(huán)保是油氣礦始終如一的宗旨和最重要的工作之一。牢固樹立“環(huán)保優(yōu)先，安全第一，質(zhì)量至上，以人為本”的理念，追求“零事故、零傷害、零污染”，是我們共同的心愿和目標(biāo)。實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目標(biāo)，要靠員工轉(zhuǎn)變觀念，逐步養(yǎng)成安全工作的習(xí)慣，提高安全生產(chǎn)和安全管理的能力，油氣礦組織編制了川中油氣礦《安全知識(shí)讀本》。本讀本是油氣礦HSE體系建設(shè)的新成果。它集中體現(xiàn)了集團(tuán)公司、分公司、油氣礦HSE理念、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和制度的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容，從轉(zhuǎn)變觀念出發(fā)，提供全體員工常用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方法，突出了安全理念和基本安全知識(shí)內(nèi)容。本讀本是試行版，在內(nèi)容的全面性、專
