2、ementsonqualityoftheworktheemployedpartyundertakes.)ⅡThesalarytreatment1.DirectpaymentMonetarysalaryRMB/month.ThesalarywillbepaidmonthlywithRMBfromthedayofstartingworktotheexpirationofthecontract.Incasethetimeisshorterthanawholemonth,thepaymentshallbecountedbyday.Th
3、edailywageshallbe1/30ofthemonthlysalary(thesamewithFebruary).Nomorethan70%ofthesalarycanbechangedintoforeigncurrenciesmonthly.TheemployedpartyshallpaythepersonalincometaxinaccordwiththePersonalIncomeTaxLawofThePeople'sRepublicofChina.2.Indirectpayment-18-Theemployin
4、gpartywillguaranteethefundamentallivingconditionsfortheemployedpartyinChina:1)Providinglodgingwithfurniture,bedding,telephone,television,refrigerator,toilet,heatingandcoolingfacilities.(Thelodgingprovidedtothepartywhoseemploymenttermislongerthanhalfayear(oronesemest
5、er)shallbeequippedwithakitchen.)2)Providingfreemedicalcare.(Theemployingpartyshallpayallthemedicalcostfortheemployedparty.ConsideringthecurrentsalaryleveloftheforeignculturalandeducationalexpertsworkinginChinaandthemedicalcarefeeschargedbyChinesehospitalsforforeigne
6、rs,theredoesexistconditionsforthemtocoverpartofthemedicalcareexpenses.)Theemployedpartyshouldreceivemedicaltreatmentinthehospitalforeignersappointedbytheemployingparty,otherwise,theexpensesshallbecoveredbytheemployedparty.Expensesforregistration,transportationformed
7、icalcare,toothinlaying,facelifting,massage,glasses,mealsinhospital,tonicsnotformedicalpurpose,anddoctor'shousecallsshallbecoveredbytheemployedparty.3)Providingtransportationtoandfromworkorprovidingpropertransportationallowancefortheemployedpartywhoseworkplaceisfarfr
