3、ationandadequateinformatisation.ThemaingoalofthepaperistopresenttheinformatisationoftheSTLC,bridgingthegapbetweenSupplyChainManagement(SCM)ande-Logistics.TheSTLC’sinformatisationofispresentedinseveralphases.Thefirstphaseinvolvesbusinessmodellingoftheexistingbusinessprocessesoforganisations(AS-ISmod
4、el).Theresultsofthefirstphaseallowanin-depthviewoftheSTLCthatisusedinthefutureinthebusinessmodelsetup.Next,TO-BEprocessesarecreatedwhicharetobeimplementedandsupportedviainformatisation.Theresultoftheinformatisationprojectisrevealedtobehomogenousandtransparentbusinessactivitybetweenclustermembers.Th
