1、摘要我國(guó)已經(jīng)加入世界貿(mào)易組織，中國(guó)與國(guó)際市場(chǎng)接軌己成為大勢(shì)所趨。如果企業(yè)要迎接這場(chǎng)挑戰(zhàn)，就必須提高整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力，整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的提高需要企業(yè)的管理模式的變革。提高管理水平，是企業(yè)壯大所要邁出的第一步。一個(gè)好的辦公信息管理系統(tǒng)可以使企業(yè)在日益激烈的全球化市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中穩(wěn)步的發(fā)展。本文詳細(xì)介紹了企業(yè)辦公信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)采用當(dāng)前流行的B/S結(jié)構(gòu)，系統(tǒng)主要通過(guò)企業(yè)管理人員授予不同操作人員不同的訪(fǎng)問(wèn)權(quán)限，來(lái)完成機(jī)構(gòu)管理、人事管理、工作管理、客戶(hù)管理、公司的物資管理功能。通過(guò)使用企業(yè)辦公自動(dòng)化管理系統(tǒng)，管
2、理人員能夠更好的管理公司的資料，提高管理者和員工的工作效率，節(jié)約管理成本。系統(tǒng)以Java為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)，采用Eclipse3.1為開(kāi)發(fā)軟件，后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)采用Microsoft的SQLServer企業(yè)級(jí)關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。本系統(tǒng)以Windowsxp為運(yùn)行環(huán)境，界面設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)潔、操作簡(jiǎn)便。系統(tǒng)流程設(shè)計(jì)符合實(shí)際工作流程，各種操作和用戶(hù)權(quán)限設(shè)置合理，系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。關(guān)鍵詞：信息管理；B/S；管理系統(tǒng)；AbstractChinahasenteredintotheWorldTradeOrganization,anditsconver
