3、controlsystembasedonSERCOSbus,whichisusedintheMCCservo—punching.ThroughthestudytheprincipleanddesignmethodofACSelWOcontrolsystem,fieldbustechnologyandtheservo-punchingtechnology,thispaperdiscussesthecontrolmethodoftheopenACSerVOcontrolsystembasedonSERCOSbus,anddoesadeeper
4、levelresearchontheprecisepositioncontrolandspeedcontrolofservomotor.Firstly,throughtheoverallanalysisoftheservo-punching,thispaperdeterminestheindustrialcomputer(IPC)forthecontrolsystemplatform,adoptedtwopermanentmagnetsynchronousmotorstodrivepunchingcutterheadandtraction
5、roller.TwomotorscoupledwithIPCbySERCOSbus;Secondly,thepermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor(PMSM)mathematicalmodelingwasmade,todeterminetheservosystemcontrolmethod.ThedigitalservosystemissimulatedinMATALAB/Sinulink,throughalargenumberofsimulationsandtheactualdataofproduction,th
6、econtrolschemeisoptimized.Finally,IPC,SelWOsystems,smartcardsandothercommunicationscomponentsconstitutetheCNCservosystemhardwaretogether.Thesystem’Scontrolstructureusespositionandvelocitydoubleclosed—loopcontrolmode,inwhichintelligentcontrolisstudied.111eissueofthecoresof
