3、nologyFoundationin2002一“DevelopmentofShoeLastCAD/CAMSystemandtheStudyonNCMachineTool”,theapplicationdesignofshoelastmanufacturingWascarriedon,TheintegratedsolutionprojectofshoelastnumericalmanufactureWasfirstproposedinteriorly,anappficationsystemintegratedwithme
4、asurement,constructionandmanufactureWasbuilt.MaincontentsofthethesiswerepresentedaSfoIlows:1.Aintegratedsolutionprojectofshoelastnumericalmanufacturewasproposedaccordingtothemanufacturecharacteristicsofshoelast.Intheproject,lastsampleWasmeasuredwithttmgenerallas
5、er3Dscarffter,cuttingmovementwasonthecon矗oioftheopenNCshoelastmachinetoolsystem,anewshoelastmachinetoolWasusedasmanufacturefoundation,andashoelastCAD/CAMSystemwasdevelopedaskernel2ShoelastsampleWasmeasuredwitlllaser3Dscantier,andwavelettransformationwasusedtosmo
6、othanddenoisemeasurementdata,thentheprocesseddatawiththegoodthirddimensionwere,got,andtheshoelastNCmanufacturingmodelwasobtained。BasedshoelastNCmanufacturingtheory,theprojectionmethodwereusedtocalculatecutterlocation,precisionwereevaluated,andelTorcontrolstrateg
7、ywerepresented。InordertOexaminethepropertyofshoelastNCprogram,virtualreafitycuttingmethodWasappliedtoverifyandtosimulateshoelastNCmanufacturing.3.Onthebasisofsystemerroranalysis,thewholedesignofanewNCshoelastmachinewerecompleted;SOmemodemdesigntechnologies,sucha
8、stheoptimizationtechnologyandthefiniteelementmethodtechnologywereappliedtOanalyzethemainpartsofthesystem,Itwouldmakesm'ethesuccessfuldevelopmentoftl*prototypemachine.
