7、在我國正式加入WTG以后,隨著國內(nèi)電信行業(yè)改革和重組的不斷深化,國內(nèi)電信業(yè)務(wù)的市場環(huán)境將漸趨合理,競爭將日益加劇。國內(nèi)、國際電信業(yè)的競爭態(tài)勢,對電信運營企業(yè)的服務(wù)意識、服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)方式、服務(wù)質(zhì)量、以及經(jīng)營管理水平等均提出了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),要求國內(nèi)的電信運營企業(yè)在經(jīng)營理念、管理模式上能有一個較高層次的飛躍;同時,也要求國內(nèi)電信運營企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)的以產(chǎn)品為中心,以營業(yè)窗口為基礎(chǔ)的運營模式,逐步向以客戶為中心、以數(shù)據(jù)為中心、以信息為基礎(chǔ)的模式轉(zhuǎn)變。電信運營商要想達(dá)到以上目標(biāo),需要豐富、真實、及時的經(jīng)營信息提供支持。但是目前廣泛使
