3、atsignificancetotrytostudyandimprovetheperformanceofDC-DCconverters.Apartfromsatisfyingtherequirementsofpowersupplyproducts,powersupplieshavetobeprotectedineachandeveryway.Amongalltheprotectionmeasures,over-currentprotectionisoneofthemostdesirableoneformanyDC-DCconvertersagainsttheacc
4、identaldamagesasaresultofoverloadorshortcircuit.Andcurrentdetectingisthekeyofover-currentprotection.Afteranalyzingtheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofthetraditionaldetectingmeasures,thispaperproposestoworkoutacurrentdetectingcircuitofhighperformanceandsuitablefortheBUCKDC-DCconverterincurr
5、ent.contr01.modeinorderthatitcoulddetectthecurrentintimeandprotectthechipeffectively.Thefirstpartofthispaperintroducesthebackgroundandsignificanceofthisresearch;thesecondpartcomestodiscusssomekindsofcurrentsensingcircuits.Afterthat,onthebasisofthepriorknowledge,wesuccessfullyschemeout
6、anover-currentprotectioncircuitwhichincludesacurrentsensingcircuitandacurrentlimitingcircuit.Theprincipleofcurrentsensingisasfollows:ifoneinputofdifferentialamplifierisconnectedtopowerelements,theinputvoltageattheotherendwouldbeequaltothatatthematchingpoint.Thispaperusesafoldedcascade
