2、仿真分析模型,采用相互作用積分與有限元相結(jié)合的方法計(jì)算半橢圓形裂紋體應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)分析,探討了應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子隨各關(guān)鍵設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,并根據(jù)有限元分析結(jié)果得出了應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子計(jì)算公式。結(jié)果表明:應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子對裂紋前緣位置和裂紋深度較敏感,而對頂板厚度、u肋厚度及u肋頂板寬度的敏感性較弱,基于響應(yīng)面法得到的擬合公式計(jì)算應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子具有較高的計(jì)算精度。關(guān)鍵詞:正交異性鋼橋面板;三維疲勞裂紋;U肋對接焊縫;應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度因子;參數(shù)分析;有限元法;相互作用積分法中圖分類號:U441;0346.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:AAnalysisofStressInten
