1、中文摘要中文摘要茄尼醇是一種附加值較高的藥用有效成分,具有抗菌、消炎和比血等藥理作用,同時也是合成維生素K2和輔酶Ql。等的重要原料。茄尼醇的生產以煙草為原料,含量一般為0.4%-2.6%。傳統(tǒng)的茄尼醇有機溶劑提取T藝存在著操作溫度高、溶劑消耗大、污染環(huán)境等問題。超臨界C02萃取技術是近年來發(fā)展起來的一種高效的對環(huán)境友好的分離技術,在提取天然植物藥用有效成分的研究和應用中取得了可喜的成果。本課題采用索式提取方法,確定了乙醇為超臨界C02萃取茄尼醇的夾帶劑。通過正交實驗確定了超臨界C02萃取煙葉中茄尼醇適宜的工藝條件:萃取壓力18MPa;萃取溫度54`C;夾帶劑流量3g
2、/min;C02流量lOg/min;萃取時間3h.通過正交實驗分析了各個影響因素對萃取收率和萃取選擇性的影響程度:壓力)夾帶劑流量)溫度實驗結果表明,超臨界C02萃取工藝的質量收率高于傳統(tǒng)的有機溶劑萃取工藝,具有較強的技術優(yōu)勢和良好的工業(yè)應用前景。以正交實驗數據為訓練和狽d試樣本,建立了3-22-2EBP人工神經網絡模型,對超臨界C02萃取煙葉中茄尼醇的實驗數據進行擬合。模型的訓練的均萬根差為0.0707%,測試的均方根差為0.0899%aANN的模擬計算結果與實驗數據基本相吻合,為超臨界CO:萃取煙葉中茄尼醇的工藝設計與優(yōu)化提供了理論依據。關鍵詞:茄尼醇超臨界C02
