2、間順序進(jìn)行采樣得到隨時(shí)間變化而變化的系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)用離散的時(shí)間步長法模擬與時(shí)間有關(guān)的系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)不僅真實(shí)地模擬了系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際運(yùn)行過程而且便于考慮與時(shí)間有關(guān)的問題在傳統(tǒng)的可靠性評(píng)估中往往認(rèn)定電力系統(tǒng)元件完全符合馬爾可夫模型元件各狀態(tài)之間的轉(zhuǎn)移率是常量元件的故障狀態(tài)和修復(fù)狀態(tài)所持續(xù)的時(shí)間密度函數(shù)被認(rèn)定為服從指數(shù)分布這樣的評(píng)估往往不能真實(shí)的反映主接線的實(shí)際運(yùn)行本文采用非完全馬爾可夫模型對(duì)元件在故障狀態(tài)和修復(fù)狀態(tài)所持續(xù)的時(shí)間分別采用指數(shù)分布和威布爾分布拓寬了模擬法在評(píng)估電力系統(tǒng)可靠性中的應(yīng)用最后以IEEERTS-96中的電氣主接線為例進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算和比較說明了用混合法對(duì)非嚴(yán)格的馬爾可夫模型系
