3、,duringthefoodseason.AfteraseriousresearchonthehydrometeorologyofYoushuivalley,thefloodseasonisdevidedinto3periods:theprophaseperiod,themainperiodandthelaterperiod,anddesignedfloodismadeforeachoftheseperiodstoestablishappropriatestrategiesforstrobeopening.Thispaperalsogivestheprogressofmakingthei
4、mitatingsoftwareforfloodregulation;thissoftwaregivessupportforthereal-timefloodregulationaswellasdynamiclimitedwaterlevercontrolstrategyduringthefloodseason.ThepaperexpoundsthatitisnecessaryandviableforFengtanreservoirtoadoptthedynamicwaterlevelcontrolstrategyduringthefloodseason;then,analyzesthe
5、hydrologycharacterinYoushuivalleyinordertodescribetheChongyangwaterphenomenaandsetupalong-termoptimaloperationmodeltocalculatethewhole-yearpower,italsoincludestheevaluationforthesemodels.Chapter4expressesthetheoryofdynamiclimitedwaterlevelcontrolstrategy,fathermore,estimatesthedynamiclimitedwater
