1、北京交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文半導(dǎo)體納米晶的制備及其性能的研究姓名:唐愛偉申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):光學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師:滕楓20060301北京交通大掌碩士學(xué)位論文在標(biāo)記木瓜蛋白酶前后納米晶的熒光光譜和吸收光譜的變化情況,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)標(biāo)記木瓜蛋白酶分子后的納米晶的吸收光譜和熒光光譜均有藍(lán)移現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,并且發(fā)現(xiàn)標(biāo)記了木瓜蛋白酶之后的納米晶的吸收光譜變得更加平坦,證實了核殼結(jié)構(gòu)的納米晶與木瓜蛋白酶之問發(fā)生了結(jié)合反應(yīng)。4、采用Peng等人的方法在有機(jī)體系ToP0廠rOP中合成了cdse納米晶,并將其作為發(fā)光層,Alq3作為電子傳輸層和BCP作為空穴阻擋層制備了多層電致發(fā)光器件:Glass/ITO/PED
