2、健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的風速風向監(jiān)測子系統(tǒng),對2012年臺風“??睔夂驐l件下風速風向數(shù)據(jù)進行了全程采集,根據(jù)實測數(shù)據(jù)對臺風過程中的脈動參數(shù)(平均風速與風向、湍流度、陣風因子、湍流積分尺度、脈動風速功率譜)進行統(tǒng)計分析。分析結(jié)果表明:基本時距為10min時,縱向及橫向脈動風速湍流度隨時間的變化趨勢基本一致,隨平均風速的增大而減?。桓飨蜿囷L因子隨平均風速的增大而減小,橫向與縱向陣風因子均值的比值為0.30,風速較小時,陣風因子減小速率較快,而風速較大時,減小趨勢不明顯;各向的湍流積分尺度均隨平均風速的增大而增大;實測脈動風速譜與VonKarman譜基本符
