1、南寧大橋非對(duì)稱(chēng)外傾式鋼箱拱制造技術(shù)阮家順,黃修生,李立明,王晶83文章編號(hào):1003—4722(2010)03—0083—04南寧大橋非對(duì)稱(chēng)外傾式鋼箱拱制造技術(shù)阮家順,黃修生,李立明,王晶(武船重型工程有限公司,湖北武漢430415)摘要:南寧大橋主橋?yàn)?00m跨徑的曲線梁非對(duì)稱(chēng)外傾拱橋。拱肋由鋼箱拱節(jié)段與混凝土拱肋組成,根據(jù)鋼拱肋的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),全橋采用三維放樣技術(shù)進(jìn)行整體精確放樣,其制造分為單元件制造、節(jié)段匹配制造、節(jié)段預(yù)拼裝及工地連接4個(gè)工藝階段。單元件采用整體大板塊工藝,拱肋節(jié)段采用總成與預(yù)拼一體化制造,倒角構(gòu)造部位的面板及其上面的加勁肋直接在拱肋總成時(shí)散裝。該橋

6、1工程概況面與水平面夾角為69.72。,西拱拱肋的拱平面與水南寧大橋位于南寧市東南郊青秀山風(fēng)景區(qū),北平面夾角為66.54。。拱肋間無(wú)橫撐聯(lián)系(開(kāi)敞式),起青山路,跨越邕江,南接蟠龍新區(qū)規(guī)劃路。南寧大2條拱肋于主梁下交匯,于拱頂遙相分離(圖1)。拱橋主橋?yàn)?00m跨徑曲線梁非對(duì)稱(chēng)外傾拱橋。拱肋采用等寬變高的單箱單室截面,節(jié)段寬7.4m或肋由鋼箱拱節(jié)段與混凝土拱肋組成,東、西兩拱肋向7.408m,節(jié)段高5.6~10.008m,拱肋箱體四角采外傾斜,但均位于各自的拱平面內(nèi),東拱拱肋的拱平用切角設(shè)計(jì),切角尺寸為600mm×600mm。鋼箱收稿日期:2009—11—03作者簡(jiǎn)介
