3、nasthesurfactantbyin-situpo1ymerization.Theinfluenceofmolecular-weightofSMAresinonmicroencapsulatedtechnologywerethatmolecular-weightof40,000wasofbesteffect.DifferentpropertiesofthemicroencapsulatedphasechangematerialswerecharacterizedbyFT-IR,DSC,LaserP

4、articleSizeAnalyzer,OMandSEM.Whentheshellwasurea-formaldehyderesincombinewithmelmac,theyieldofMPCMincreasedfrom50percenttoabove90percent.Withtheshellofpolyurearesinandthecoreofbutylstearate,microencapsulatedphasechangematerialswerepreparedbyinterfacialp

5、olymerizationforthermalenergystorageapplication.Differentkindsofsurfactants,suchaspolyoxyethyleneoctylphenyl-10(OP-10)andsodiumalginate,anditsdosagewereinvestigatedinordertocleartheemulsifyeffect.WhenthesurfactantisOP-10,0.5gram,itwillbethebesteffecttom

6、icroencapsulation.ThegrainsizeofMPCMisequalityanditsdistributionisnarrow.OpticalmicrophotographandSEMphotographofmicrocapsulesappearhomogeneousparticles.TheresultsofDSCshowedthatthemeltingpointandheatoffusionofmicroencapsulatedbutylstearatewas29.37℃and8

7、5.92kJ/kgwhenthem(core)vs.m(shell)equaled3:1.Theheatcapabilitywasthebestthanotherm(core)vs.m(shell).Theycanremainconstantaftersuffering400cooling-heatingcycles.Theeffectofdifferentdosageofthesurfactantwasanalyzedbythedryweightofmicrocapsule.Thepenetrabi

8、lityofthemicrocapsulewascharacterizedwellinwater,tolueneandethanolby721spectrophometer.Polyurethanemicrocapsulescontainingphasechangematerialswerepreparedbyinterfacialpolymerizationinanemulsionsystem.Toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI)
