1、橋梁建設(shè)2014年第44卷第6期(總第229期)BridgeConstruction,Vo1.44,No.6,2014(TotallyNo.229)117文章編號:1003—4722(2014)06—0117—05大縱坡、小半徑曲線鋼箱梁支座脫空處理蘭振波,李敏娜(林同樓國際工程咨詢(中國)有限公司,重慶401121)摘要:重慶市南岸區(qū)黃桷灣立交M匝道第2聯(lián)(MP4~MP6號墩)跨徑為(22+27)m,其設(shè)計半徑為50m,縱坡5.49/6,橫坡6,采用預(yù)制鋼箱梁結(jié)構(gòu),整體吊裝施工。在整體吊裝就位后發(fā)現(xiàn)MP4號及MP6號墩的內(nèi)側(cè)支座均出現(xiàn)脫空,為保證橋梁后期的安全運營,進行支座
2、脫空處理。通過分析可知支座脫空原因是在加工時,未考慮鋼箱梁的空間扭曲狀態(tài),僅在一個水平面內(nèi)加工制作。根據(jù)支座脫空原因及鋼箱梁的實際形狀,采用通過整體旋轉(zhuǎn)鋼箱梁,重新確定各支座的標(biāo)高,使其支反力值均滿足設(shè)計要求的方案進行支座脫空處理。采用同步項升技術(shù)施工,使各支座均落實,達到預(yù)期處理的目的。關(guān)鍵詞:立交橋;鋼箱梁;支座;結(jié)構(gòu)線形;支座反力;同步頂升;支座脫空處理;橋梁維修中圖分類號:U448.17;U445.71文獻標(biāo)志碼:AHandlingofBearingDisengagementfromaCurvedSteelBoxGirderwithHeavyLongitudinalS
