1、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線飛行數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)摘要現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的迅猛發(fā)展為飛行數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展提供了良好的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前水平較低的飛行數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)試技術(shù)提出了挑戰(zhàn),將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)應(yīng)用于飛行數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。在飛行數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)中,飛行數(shù)據(jù)采集器是飛行試驗(yàn)測(cè)試的核心部分,采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù),可以在一條總線上掛接多個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)采集器,這就顯著提高了采集能力,增強(qiáng)了使用的靈活性。這是飛行數(shù)據(jù)捌試系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。本課題正是針對(duì)采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)的飛行數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)展開(kāi)研究的。LONWORKS網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制技術(shù)是近年來(lái)迅速發(fā)展起來(lái)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線控制技術(shù),在工業(yè)、樓宇、運(yùn)輸、能源等自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域得到應(yīng)用。它集計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、控制
2、于一體,集成了ISO/OSI的全部七層協(xié)議,同時(shí)具有通信和控制功能,提供了34種常見(jiàn)的I/O控制對(duì)象,工作溫度范圍寬(401C-851C),組網(wǎng)靈活,開(kāi)放性好:同時(shí),國(guó)外的某些飛機(jī)上已安裝了基于LONWORKS技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)的產(chǎn)品,所有這些都說(shuō)明它能夠應(yīng)用到飛行數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)中。本文提出了采用LONWORKS技術(shù)的飛行數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施方案,并對(duì)該方案的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的論述。文中討論了智能節(jié)點(diǎn)和上位機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),并論述了通道的標(biāo)定方法和系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信。關(guān)鍵詞:LONWORKS,飛行數(shù)據(jù)采編,智能膩管理機(jī)又FlightDataAcquisitionSystemBasedonFieldbus

5、hemanyfieldbustechnologiesdevelopedinrecentyearsandavailableasanopenstandardtoallmanufacturers,nowhasbeenwidelyusedintheautomaticareasrangedfromindustry,building,transportation,topowersystem.Itintegratescomputer,networkandcontrolintoonetechnologyanddisplacesproprietarycentralizedsystemswith
6、open,highlydistributed,interoperablesystems.Neuronchip,whosenetworkprotocolhasall7layersoftheISO/OSIreferencemodel,hastheabilitiesofbothcommunicationandapplicationcontrol,provides341/Oobjectandworklong-rangetemperaturebetween-40'Cto85℃.Thetechnologyalsoprovidesversatilemethodsforbuildingand
