3、sisisjustsuccessfulinasimulatingtheturningmotionaboutthefourdegreesoffreedommodel,finallyanalysesthesafetyoftheshipturningmotioninwindsandwaves.Whenestablishingthemathematicalmodel,thefollowingfactorshavebeenconsidered:theforcesandmomentsactedonship’Shull,propeller,rudderandinteraction,fullyta
