1、長春理工大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文鎂合金鍍鎳工藝研究姓名:楊磊申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):材料物理與化學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師:周艷艷;潘利華20100301摘要鎂合金是質(zhì)量最輕的結(jié)構(gòu)材料,有良好的導(dǎo)電性、導(dǎo)熱性、電磁屏蔽性、壓鑄性、易回收性等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可以應(yīng)用在電子、汽車、航空、航天等需要輕量化和環(huán)保要求的領(lǐng)域。但在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,鎂合金自身的缺點(diǎn):耐蝕性差成為了制約鎂合金廣泛應(yīng)用的一大障礙。由于鎂元素的化學(xué)性質(zhì)活潑,使鎂及其合金的腐蝕電位極低(-2.36V),很容易發(fā)生嚴(yán)重的腐蝕。為了能讓鎂合金得到更廣泛的應(yīng)用,提高它的耐腐蝕性成為了我國和其他發(fā)達(dá)國家重要的研究課題之一。提高鎂合金的耐蝕性除了對
2、鎂合金基體元素含量比調(diào)整之外,進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)谋砻嫣幚硪部梢蕴岣哝V合金的耐蝕性。表面處理的的方法有很多種,本文重點(diǎn)以化學(xué)鍍鎳的方法對兩種鎂合金即一種含錳的鎂合金,一種稀土鎂合金進(jìn)行表面處理,得出最佳工藝條件以及兩種鎂合金的耐腐蝕性能參數(shù)。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)得到一種比較簡單的工藝在兩種不同的鎂合金基體上形成一層含磷量為8%的Ni-P合金層。結(jié)合力通過了熱震實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測。電極化曲線表明這層鍍層的腐蝕電位達(dá)到了一0.64V,并有明顯的的鈍化區(qū)。通過SEM圖分析,鍍層結(jié)構(gòu)致密,使兩種鎂合金的耐腐蝕性得到了提高。關(guān)鍵詞:鎂合金化學(xué)鍍鎳表面處理耐蝕性ABSTRACTThemagnesiumall
