2、顯微鏡觀察5個產(chǎn)地丹參種子的顯微形態(tài)及表面特征并進(jìn)行比較。用5%~20%聚乙二醇溶液處理不同產(chǎn)地丹參種子,對種子發(fā)芽勢、發(fā)芽率進(jìn)行測定?!窘Y(jié)果】不同種源丹參種子在外形和紋飾類型上基本一致,長寬比和紋飾網(wǎng)眼邊長存在差異。不同丹參種子在不同濃度的聚乙二醇處理下發(fā)芽率和發(fā)芽勢均受到影響?!窘Y(jié)論】丹參種子長寬比和紋飾網(wǎng)眼邊長可作為種植來源的鑒定依據(jù)。低濃度的PEG處理對促進(jìn)丹參種子種子萌發(fā)和保證出苗一致有一定作用。關(guān)鍵詞:丹參;種子;形態(tài)學(xué);聚乙二醇中圖分類號:S567.239文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1000-2650(2014)
