1、第40卷,第2期公路工程Vo1.40,No.22015年4月HighwayEngineeringApr.,2015廢玻璃對排水瀝青混合料路用性能影響研究陳永志(重慶水利電力職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院,重慶402160)[摘要]先評估玻璃砂和天然細(xì)粒料的特性差異,接著以不同比例的玻璃砂來取代排水混合料中細(xì)粒料部分,探討其在工程性質(zhì)上的表現(xiàn)和影響。玻璃砂相較于天然細(xì)粒料,吸水率低且比重略小,取代排水混合料中細(xì)粒料部分時(shí)會有較厚的瀝青薄膜厚度,增加其抗磨耗表現(xiàn);但隨著添加比例上升,對于孔隙率及排水能力雖然影響不大,但都有略為下降趨勢。表面紋理平滑使得玻璃砂取代越多,穩(wěn)定度會略微降低。
2、此外玻璃多角的特性,提供混合料在抗拉強(qiáng)度上有較佳表現(xiàn)。另外從回彈模量和流值以及車轍試驗(yàn)得知,玻璃砂會使得排水混合料有較高的變形量,增加其塑性,防止裂縫及龜裂產(chǎn)生。抗水侵害能力方面,在水侵害初期添加玻璃比例越多,剝脫情形會較嚴(yán)重;但隨浸水天數(shù)拉長,有無添加玻璃砂的混合料的強(qiáng)度損失率已差異很小。綜合各項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)評估,應(yīng)用玻璃砂于排水混合料中,建議玻璃砂最適當(dāng)?shù)娜〈繛?%左右。[關(guān)鍵詞】廢玻璃砂;排水瀝青混凝土;資源利用;環(huán)保[中圖分類號】U414.1[文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】A[文章編號]1674—0610(2015)02—0299-07·ResearchofWasteGlasso
