1、國防科學技術(shù)大學碩士學位論文用傳輸矩陣法(TMM)研究光子晶體的傳輸特性姓名:梅洛勤申請學位級別:碩士專業(yè):光學工程指導教師:曾淳;葉衛(wèi)民2002.11.1國防科學技術(shù)大學研究生院學位論文摘要本文將傳輸矩陣法(TMM)用于光子晶體傳輸特性的研究,推導出了一維光子晶體帶結(jié)構(gòu)和傳輸特性的方程;對二維光子晶體,采用Mur二階、三階近似吸收邊界條件和周期邊界條件來截斷計算區(qū)域,研究了其在幾種情況下的傳輸特性。編制了計算一維光子晶體帶結(jié)構(gòu)和傳輸特性的數(shù)值計算程序以及二維方格子光子晶體傳輸特性的數(shù)值計算程序。對一維光子晶體,
2、計算了完整結(jié)構(gòu)光子晶體、金屬介質(zhì)光子晶體和色散介質(zhì)光子晶體的帶結(jié)構(gòu)和透過率譜,以及在一維完整結(jié)構(gòu)光子晶體中引入缺陷時的透過率譜;對二維光子晶體,研究了E偏振電磁波(EM)正入射,在完整結(jié)構(gòu)光子晶體、有損介質(zhì)光子晶體、光予晶體直波導、光子晶體線缺陷、光子晶體耦合腔波導,以及色散和吸收介質(zhì)光子晶體中的透過率~頻率譜;另外還研究了在色散介質(zhì)光子晶體中引入缺陷時的透過率一頻率譜。設(shè)計了微波段的二維方格子光子晶體模型,用HP8510C微波矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀測試了其透過率一頻率的關(guān)系。數(shù)值模擬與微波波段設(shè)計的實驗結(jié)果是基本一致的
